HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR! this year kinda feels the same...
Had the usual home-cooked steamboat reunion dinner at my grandma's place. My dad brought over this candy thing after dinner and we had fun with it (more fun playing rather than eating it, really). The last time i saw it was probably in mini fair in mg/taiwan.
My sis and cousin spent some time opening it and trying to get some out when my uncle couldn't take it anymore and took over the chopsticks.
here's how you do it~~~
after playing around with it, turning etc it turns a milky color and somewhat thickens.

got bored after a while and headed to the room just to catch up. my cousin and I both did our nails! :D
there's a supposed superstition that if you stay up on CNY eve, your parents would live a long life? apparently so according to my other cousin so we decided to head down to Shaw Plaza for a 11.35pm movie. We watched

---still nothing much to update about cause i'm more or less always in school. made an omelette at home that day though so i thought i'll just blog about it. yes, redundant and retarded i know...
break egg, add pepper and light soya sauce (am greedy, used two eggs)
beat eggs to form a bubbly yellow mixture. (am good at this! been helping my mom since i was a kid ;D)
oil pan, pour mixture in. i added bonito flakes on top (: i think it looks pretty good here hahaha.
Ta-Da! DONE! :D simple stuff i like to whip up when i feel like it and when im hungry. doesn't look really appetising here in this photo but I LIKE IT.
okay i just realised this entry has alot to do with food -- my life has alot to do with food D:

chapalang dressing and forced smile (you'll probably look like that too if you had to freeze for 5 seconds to wait for the shutter to open and close) though. lol.

went to school on Saturday for the Open House. I was supposed to do county duty for Radio Heatwave so I thought it would be pretty interesting but...
We ended up only mixing songs -o- (well, Su, Joseph and I went on air for fun once)
Brought Jayden there because I kinda knew we would be bored.

don't ask why rene and I were posing with onigiri(s), hah. after lecture i went over to cary's place and i swear i'm productive x10 there. completed my draft outline. initial progress = 0 thanks dearie. played with reiko, he likes me ;D
yesterday saw me popping over at boyf's place because he could book out for a few hours. really enjoyable time even though all we did was use our own computers (-___-) and eat dinner. boyf passed me the bear :3
it's really cute and cuddly it's my favourite stuffy on my bed now (even winning my chimpanzee :o)
